Using a Bosch Detector to Check Gas Cylinder Levels

This video demonstrates a practical application for a Bosch digital detector, which is being used to determine the fill level of heavy gas cylinders. By placing the device against the side of the metal tank, the user can identify the internal liquid line without needing to lift or weigh the heavy containers. The device displays different light indicators to signal the presence or absence of contents behind the metal surface, providing a quick and non-invasive way to manage inventory for propane or similar pressurized gas tanks.

What exactly is he testing? If they are full? I mean full ones have a plastic thingy and you can just feel how full they are by tilting them a bit surprisingly accurately

He is checking the level of propane(most likely). I have seen welders use these to measure their tall heavy high pressure cylinders. In many bigger construction sites welders keep inventory of the amount of their gas. Yes with these small tanks you can feel the level with your ha
