Like we give a fuck, France in particular, used to deny UK products even when we WERE in the EU; there were port blockades every year; and I remember trucks containing UK meat products getting set on fire - and NOTHING done to the French people doing it.
England IS Europe...it's not in the European union which is an institution but geography precedes institutions

They cannot decide on "Made in Europe," only on "Made in the EU." All countries in Europe—and yes, England is part of the continent—can label their products as "Made in Europe." We Swiss can too, but we choose not to.
