Out of all mankind 90% can't own private property. Why does it sound so crazy to make it a 100%? Like we abolish private property and we use profit to actually improve society and the living conditions of most mankind.

Farnsworth's lab is a REALLY nice place though. Pretty large, especially for downtown New New York. Solid brick construction and it's right on the water too. Not to mention how it doubles as a space port.
