A Dog's Perspective on Who Gets to Go Outside

This four-panel comic strip illustrates a humorous interaction between a dog and a cat. It begins with the dog excitedly preparing to go outside with its owner. When the cat asks if it can join, the dog abruptly shuts down the request, telling the cat that it must stay inside forever. The comic highlights the classic, playful rivalry between the two species and the dog's humorous sense of authority over the household's outdoor privileges.
