My 16yo daughter is a shit head and I’ve literally suggested this.

Classrooms should have CCTV cameras with 30 day retention and live streaming for parents and police.

I like this Idea for several reasons. You can monitor how kids behave. You can have recordings of what teachers learn their pupils. You can monitor how teachers behave. I think PE should be left out for obvious reasons.

Honestly, with all the news of teachers diddling children…. I don’t see anything wrong with cctv in classes.

Just put a CCTV camera in the class. It's not like it's a private space.

As a teacher I can confidently say that most parents nowadays have somehow reached the conclusion that "parenting" as in teaching morals, manners, advice for the future, their health, sexuality etc. should be done by Teachers and they should just be besties with their kids. Like
