This is a completely okay house, especially for the price.
When my wife and i were still dating we lived in a 2 bedroom, 800sqf appointment for 900 a month. Would have preferred this by a lot. Seems like a good deal for a young couple building up equity, and when you're ready for an upgrade you have a property you can rent out.
