I have a beautiful piece of land with a more than 100 year old building and I almost got into trouble with squatters once. I wasn't even there to deal with it. Luckily, I know a lot of immigrants that solved the problem for me.

The solution is to give a friend a contract for the same apartment. Have him change the locks and throw everything outside the house that is the squatters. If the police comes then have him explain that he has the contract and the squatters don’t live here. Squat the squatters
