Bystander Intervenes to Help Child in Traffic
Surveillance footage from September 6 in Puebla, Mexico, captures a tense moment on a busy road. A small child wanders into the path of oncoming traffic while a woman, presumably a parent or guardian, attempts to reach them. As the child continues to move toward the center of the road, a bystander quickly runs into the street to assist, successfully retrieving the child and bringing them back to the side of the road away from the moving vehicles.
These damned things are always trying to escape!

why people are talking about the child, they are know to be dumb, stupid and simply know no better and not the mother (i suppose) to just flat throw herself down when here child were in immediate danger?
