PlayStation vs. Gamers: The Ongoing Debate Over Physical Media
This meme uses a classic scene from The Office to illustrate the growing tension between PlayStation and its user base regarding the shift away from physical game discs. The top panel depicts PlayStation as Pam Beesly, telling users to stop complaining about the lack of disc support. The bottom panel features Michael Scott representing the gaming community, defiantly responding that they will only increase their complaints in the comment sections. The image captures the frustration of players who prefer physical media and the ongoing discourse surrounding digital-only gaming trends.

just get a fucking pc at this point
These peasants are making a lot of noise about this
I'll be homest I don't care that discs get lost perse I haven't owned discs in 15 years Oh look steam doesn't do discs Yet we still have games on there an no one complains It's not about discs it's about games that have no servers anymore so it's unplayable But should be other so
Like, people born after 2000 never bought a cd, and you people think they care what some 40 year old people think about it on 9gag?
I love when companies get mad at users for providing feedback.
If you still support Sony, you are part of the problem.
I scoured the nation for my PS5 years ago and I don't even turn the fucking thing on now. Such a waste of money.
Discs or no disc I don't give a shit. GIVE ME OFFLINE GAMING. Because having a disc but unable to play offline or without developer servers is the real issue here.
Easy: dont buy ps6, dont buy any ps games. But you cant. And they know it.
I can't believe I was living through the peak of gaming and didn't even know it
