Friendly reminder, to keep them as pet they have major surgery to remove thier scent glands, which is pretty horrible. Like declawing a cat, having your dogs vocal cords snipped.
When I was young my friend found a baby skunk and kept it as a pet, once it got old enough his dad was a veterinarian and removed the scent gland. Unfortunately they get very mean as they enter teenage years and ultimately had to get rid of it. But man was that thing cool and fun
