Passing on the right is different from moving faster in the right lane than vehicles in the left lane, the biker wasnt passing anyone. Cyclist is a retard and its his and only his fault.

Well, you are not supposed to pass on the right on a highway/motorway. Within city limits on a normal street, both lanes are equal

Biker is wrong, he was in the lane of going straight . The motorbiker was on the right line, even if he would go right they would still crash into each other

Well, the biker has the awereness of an ameba, but the cyclist moved over the to left lane so he actually left the right lane free for the biker. Both should taker the mini bus instead.
