Last ice age started 115,000 years ago. There were nearly any humans let alone cities at that time.
Humans were around, but certainly weren't building anything we would call the city, even town, back then.

We find imprints of old structers which eroded away after thousands of years and they think it was machine cut
There's other more obvious reasons why you can't find cities older thank 100 thousand years.

1. Landslides doesn't happen all around the world, and people don't build settlements only in the mountains 2. Last ice age lasted ~115k years 3. People back then didn't had technology to build anything durable, to stay intact till this day (even as a ruins)
