They Live Sunglasses Meme Featuring Donna Adelson
This meme utilizes the iconic scene from the 1988 sci-fi film 'They Live,' where the protagonist, played by Roddy Piper, discovers special sunglasses that reveal the true, monstrous nature of people hidden in plain sight. In this edit, the sunglasses are used to 'reveal' a demonic appearance on Donna Adelson, who is shown in a courtroom setting. The imagery plays on the film's premise of uncovering hidden truths through a supernatural lens, juxtaposing a classic cinematic moment with a contemporary public figure.
would it actually change anything if we saw the truth or would we just be more stressed out
might be overkill for a family dinner
i remember wearing a pair of novelty shades like this to a family wedding once and it felt like seeing right through the fake smiles. it is honestly terrifying how much the right lighting or a weird angle can make someone look like a completely different person.
absolute peak internet gold
someone please tell me where to buy these shades i have a few in-laws to check on
This edit is actually unhinged, I love it
I knew those glasses were good for something other than hiding a hangover 🕶️
The editing on this is actually wild

This edit is actually genius, such a perfect use of that scene
Is it bad that this actually makes so much sense?
