Give them shares. The time that they leave shouldn't matter if the job is done. Don't overwork them, a happy employee is a productive employee.

Quora is engagement farming ragebait. They literally had a program to earn money to ask questions if these attracted a lot of answers.

This one reminds me of a FB post i saw on a page for landlords. This POS was asking other landlords how he could refuse his tenants their deposit back since they actually had gotten rid of mold

Make them partners, now they have to worry about the buisness like you at all times instead of just selling 8 hours of work. Or you can get a nice juicy cucumber and shove it
