It depends on what you want out of life. 20-30 seems obvious but it depends on your looks as well. Ugly 25 year old versus handsome 35 year old? Or do you want boundless energy and creativity? Then go 19 or younger.

So many pros and cons hah 36-38 is best. You're old enough to be respected at whatever work you do. You can still hit on 22 year olds. Try getting any respect in your 20s, aint going to happen. However your energy is much better in your late teens. Maybe I'll just take late teens

20 - 30 simply because of the regeneration speed. I miss sleeping 4 hours and feeling fresh in the morning or healing from a cold in 2 days instead of 7.
