Social Media User Called Out for Hypocrisy Regarding Time Management
A Twitter user named Enoch Powell sparked a debate by claiming that playing video games for more than 2-3 hours a week is a waste of life and comparable to being a functional alcoholic. The post was quickly met with a rebuttal from another user, who pointed out that Powell has posted over 20,700 tweets since joining the platform in October 2020. This calculation reveals an average of approximately 40 tweets per day, highlighting a contradiction between the original poster's criticism of leisure time and their own high level of activity on social media.

Videogames are so gay and lame. They're perfect for placating the modern man child.
Laughing my fucking ass off at 3-4hrs a week being a functional alcoholic.
What if I do both?
Video games are interactive media. Meaning as the story(for any particular game) evolves, you are put into situations where you make decisions. Depending on the type of game that could mean a short period of time, so you need to make a quick decision. If there isn't a time limit
I play while drinking and I drink a lot
People can relax.with games just like with books. Exploring, worlds, stories, character arcs etc. With exploration, customisation, variety of ganeplay and puzzle solving on top of it. Don't lend ear to idiots like this ever.
To be fair, this Enoch is clearly not doing it to relax but rather to be insufferable. Which is quite a bit worse
2-3 hrs in a week?
It's clearly a bot just like the one here that reposted it
That's why you should drink before you game
