Comparing Epic Games and Steam Launcher Philosophies - Memes on Aviaclip

This meme contrasts the Epic Games Launcher and Steam through the lens of popular internet archetypes. On the left, the Epic Games Launcher is represented by a person making a claim about its speed and development style. On the right, Steam is depicted using the 'GigaChad' persona, highlighting its implementation of an AI tag designed to help users identify and filter out AI-generated content in games. The image serves as a satirical commentary on the ongoing rivalry between the two major PC gaming distribution platforms and their differing approaches to software features and content moderation.

Epic launcher is shit and has been for years with no change. They cannot even detect existing games correctly most of the times, requiring full redownloads, when you move your library.

EGS launcher has almost none of the features of Steam. Hell until recently they didn't have a shopping cart in an online store. That's a bare minimum for something to be called a store.
