A Commentary on Historical Perspectives of Feminism

This video features a speaker discussing historical perspectives on the feminist movement, utilizing archival footage of protests and domestic scenes to illustrate his points. The commentary focuses on the economic and societal shifts associated with women entering the workforce, framing these changes through a specific, critical lens. By juxtaposing historical imagery with modern narration, the clip presents a subjective argument regarding the motivations behind social movements and their impact on family structures and labor dynamics.

I dont like when someone creates a simplistic argument out of very complex issues, this is partly true but the main reason we are fucked isnt equal rights and that women started working

I never really bought into the concept that people are better off if other people run their lives. Seems intuitively naive.

Yeah, but no. Women properly entered the workforce during the industrial revolution, in the ealry 19th century. If anything, it was them having to work at the factories while also doing the home chores and taising yhr kids that have birth to the feminist movement in the early 20t

Stay home mom was a privilege of the rich household, even going back as far as history. Back then, women toil in the field beside men, and children was viewed as extra workforce. Why do you think communist statue of working class revolution depict both men and women?

And mass immigration is the second step to maintain workforce at low cost.
