A Stark Contrast: One Man's Cleanup Efforts Versus Post-Festival Pollution

A Stark Contrast: One Man's Cleanup Efforts Versus Post-Festival Pollution - Interesting on Aviaclip

This image highlights the contrast between individual environmental efforts and the impact of public gatherings. The bottom frame shows a young man posing in front of a clean river, which he reportedly spent eight months restoring. The top frame shows the same location following a festival, where the water and riverbanks are heavily littered with debris and waste. The juxtaposition serves as a visual commentary on the challenges of maintaining environmental cleanliness in areas with high human activity and the recurring nature of pollution following large-scale public events.

dirty river is not the problem, it would clean itself rather quickly by itself. The problem is people constantly polluting it. Leave it alone for 1-2 years, it would be clean as Norwegian mountain stream.

It's not the individuals. It's the culture.

almost like the issue is elsewhere. you don't even have a state. Don't really have garbage collection, or sewage. Like...the basics functions of a state. Water, garbage, electricity, sewage.

Dude's third eyes open and realize that the garbage wasn't the main problem
