Viral Threads Post Questions Government Opposition to the International Criminal Court
A viral post from the social media platform Threads, authored by user stonekettle, has sparked discussion regarding the relationship between national governments and the International Criminal Court (ICC). The post posits that when a government actively demands the dissolution of the ICC—an international body responsible for prosecuting war crimes—it serves as a significant indicator that the government itself may be engaged in extensive war crimes. The statement highlights the tension between state sovereignty and international legal oversight, prompting debate over the motivations behind political rhetoric aimed at dismantling international judicial institutions.

Thank you, not only on behalf of us Dutchies but all other countries that would appreciate world peace
ICC just like UNRWA are eager to help out terrorists by working against those who fight against them. That's the main reason. No need to make up conspiracy theories from the obvious facts.
Khaaaaaaan! Stop pushing your Axis of Evil propaganda. We know you are evil already.
Never stop noticing
Kangaroo court....
FUCK OFF
seeing how terrible the rest of the world is for freedom of speech or gun rights, I have no problem with seeing things like the UN (wants to ban our guns / freedom of speech) or the ICC get dismantled. There absolutely has been US soldiers who committed war crimes in the past 25
I don’t know what country you are alluding to but that statement is objectively not true.
yea...if bunch of morons decide to run a court and start calling it "international criminal court" then it doesn't really become a court and a country's sovereignty will cease to exist the minute they accept that circle jerking group as court
Or.... The international criminal courts are useless propaganda tools for exploitative regimes.
