I think he means it as in "what were you up to" "oh, I was just sitting there, doing nothing staring at the wall". I've seen it. I know people that spend their time staring at the wall.

The end goal for most people when they get up in the morning and leave the house is to go back home. Lol So not having to leave at all, would be succeeding in that goal. If I dont have to leave my house, boom I have won.
