Social Media User Challenges Claim That Daily Showers Lack Health Benefits
A viral image captures a New York Post headline asserting that daily showering is merely a performative act with no tangible health benefits. The post features stock photos of individuals showering, which prompted a blunt rebuttal from a social media user. The commenter countered the headline's premise by highlighting the practical, social necessity of daily hygiene, specifically noting that the primary benefit of regular showering is to prevent unpleasant body odor. The exchange highlights the ongoing public debate regarding personal hygiene standards versus scientific or dermatological recommendations for skin health.

I shower every few days. I have very healthy skin, and i never smell bad. Showering daily is something the soap industry brainwashed all you idiots into doing
Showering every other day is enough
The benefit is HYGIENE and secondary the smell. Did we all forget about the progress humanity made with hygiene. I mean if we would forget it the pleague would come back…. ohhhhh…. nvm
Downvoted, reported and blocked. Fuck off, bot.
shower every 2 days, one day to clean yourself one day to give your skin time to recover.

If you smell like shit when not taking a shower for one day, you might have bigger problems
It depends on what you're doing. If I'm being physical I need to have a daily shower. If it's my days off and I'm just sitting at home I can go a couple days before I start smelling.
Written by what color of person?
Let me guess, daily showers are racist.
