A Critical Look at the Rules of Quidditch
This meme features a still of Harry Potter catching the Golden Snitch, accompanied by a critique of the sport's internal logic. The text argues that the role of the Snitch in Quidditch is fundamentally flawed, comparing it to a hypothetical basketball scenario where a player must catch a frog in a parking lot to secure a victory. The author suggests that this mechanic undermines the competitive nature of the game, as it allows a single event to abruptly end a match regardless of the score accumulated by the rest of the team.

It's magic and a fantasy story (well not for everybody, some really play it on none-flying-brooms in real. Maybe they mages and witches all cast some kind of observation spell to not miss anything. In the movies the players and everything is quiet some distance from the watchers.
Logic ruined Death note for me tottaly as an adult. I don't want it to ruin Harry Potter as well.
Read the books, it doesnt mean an automatic win. Hint: Book 4.
A woman designed a sports game. Questions? Tbf potter needed to be in the spotlight and to decide the outcome of the games.
Not a frog. A pig. That would be fun.
I can honestly say, this would not change my feelings about basketball whatsoever.
Out of everything in Harry Potter, the snitch is where you draw the line?
I had it in my mind that the snitch, as much of a cheat code that it is, doesn't guarantee a win if your team had scored enough goals to make it inconsequential.
Imagine that 3rd year student can make time travels, but professors can't find way to prevent "accidents" in school.
Imagine breaking your soul into 7 pieces and a high school kid still beats you.
