When I hired people, I always put a huge premium on hiring known quantities. Much less risky than hiring some rando. Building a strong network should be one of your career priorities.

Make cv. Get ai to improve it. Use generated ai, ask other ai to improve it. Repeat several times until back at first ai. Add tons of buzzwords, put them in the cv in white so humans don't see it but ai does. Profit
