The music is kinda cool, but come on man. These machines have the most awesome hypnotic and rythmic ticking sounds. I used to work in a gear cutting shop. This would have been 100% better if the track wasn't overlayed. There is a place for the track, but it is not in this video.

They do still need maintenance which is essentially the mechanical equivalent to software updates.
They do require regular maintenance, and software updates are installed on meaty hardware. E.g. the Operator cant be a moron or else the machine gets ireperable damage
