An Anatomical Guide to Recommended Sleeping Positions

An Anatomical Guide to Recommended Sleeping Positions - Interesting on Aviaclip

This infographic illustrates three common sleeping positions—on the back, stomach, and side—and suggests adjustments to improve spinal alignment. For each position, the graphic highlights a 'wrong' way that may cause strain, contrasted with a 'right' way that incorporates pillows under the neck, knees, or hips to better support the natural curvature of the spine. The visual breakdown aims to demonstrate how targeted support can reduce pressure on the back and joints during rest, offering a practical approach to ergonomic sleep habits.

Had backpain since I was a teenager. Started at 30 to sleep with a pillow between my knees (sideways). Back pain 100% gone. But can't sleep without a pillow there now. Pillow changed my life, true story. Btw any one will do, no need for expensive shit

I love sleeping on my stomach, but I hardly ever do it because I get a stiff neck from turning my head to the side like that. Is there a pillow where you can sleep face down without suffocating?
