Lexus Driver Faces False 'Closed Eyes' Warning from Safety System
A video highlights a frustrating experience for a driver whose Lexus vehicle incorrectly flagged his eyes as closed while he was driving. The car's internal safety system, designed to monitor driver alertness, displayed a "Closed Eyes Detected" warning on the dashboard despite the driver's eyes being open. The clip features a reaction from a commentator who humorously points out the irony of a Japanese-manufactured vehicle triggering such a specific error for an Asian driver, framing the incident as a case of "Asian on Asian violence" in a technological context.
