Schools passed the problem on to Unis and now Unis are passing it on to the work place. I am a lecturer and every year the students come in with better grades than the previous year and every year they are worse. The students then leave with the same grades as the previous year,

I remember when my sister (Straight As all her life) was about to go to college. I warned her that she WILL get bad grades and she should be prepared for that. 1 month later she's having a meltdown because she got her first 60% on a test ever.
