A video captures an operator maneuvering a mini excavator off the back of a flatbed truck while parked on a busy street. The operator uses the machine's hydraulic arm and bucket to pivot and lower the tracks onto the pavement, all while local traffic, including several motorbikes, continues to pass by in close proximity. The excavator appears to lack a protective operator cage during this operation.
