A Lifelong Conversation with the Grim Reaper
This comic strip illustrates the passage of time through a recurring conversation between a person and the Grim Reaper. Starting in childhood, the Reaper periodically checks in to ask if the individual still has big dreams. As the person ages from a hopeful child to a weary adult and finally an elderly individual, their enthusiasm for life and ambition gradually fades. Eventually, the person admits they have no dreams left, leading the Reaper to finally collect them. The final panel shows the person returning to their youthful form as they walk away with the Reaper, suggesting a return to the innocence of childhood in the afterlife.
